To say thank you, we offer referral incentives for clients who introduce friends or family to our travel planning services. This page outlines how our referral incentives work and what qualifies.
Client Referral Incentives
When someone you refer books a qualifying trip through Freedom Passport LLC, both you and your referral may be eligible for a referral thank-you incentive.
Current client referral incentive:
- A referral thank-you in the form of an on-board credit, resort credit, or comparable travel-related credit, applied to a future qualifying booking when available
- The specific type, amount, and application of the credit may vary by supplier and itinerary
Referral incentives are issued after completed travel and are subject to the terms outlined below.
What Counts as a Qualifying Booking
Qualifying bookings typically include:
- Cruises (ocean or river)
- All-inclusive resorts
- Vacation packages
- Hotel stays of five nights or more
- Multi-component itineraries planned and managed through Freedom Passport LLC
Non-qualifying bookings include, but are not limited to:
- Bookings that generate insufficient commission to support the referral program
- Standalone excursions or activities (such as Viator or GetYourGuide)
- Transfers
- One-off add-ons
- Hotel stays less than 5 nights
How Referrals Are Tracked
To ensure proper credit:
- Only one referral incentive may be issued per booking
- The referred traveler must mention the referring client’s name at the time of inquiry
- Referrals must book directly through Freedom Passport
Timing of Incentives
The timing of referral incentives may vary based on supplier policies and booking details.
- Referred travelers may receive an on-board credit, resort credit, or other supplier-applied incentive at or around the time of travel, when applicable and offered by the supplier.
- Referring clients typically receive their referral incentive after travel is completed, once commission eligibility and supplier payment timing are confirmed.
In some cases, incentives may be issued after final payment; in others, they may be issued up to 30 days after travel, depending on supplier terms and commission schedules.
Important Program Terms & Disclaimer
Referral incentives:
- Are provided as supplier-applied on-board credits, resort credits, or comparable travel-related credits, when available
- Apply only to qualifying bookings that generate sufficient net commission
- Are issued at the sole discretion of Freedom Passport
- Are not guaranteed for every referral or booking
- May be modified, substituted, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice
Freedom Passport does not provide cash discounts or direct monetary credits toward travel. All referral incentives are subject to supplier rules, availability, and restrictions.
Referral incentives are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute compensation, employment, partnership, or agency of any kind.
Traveler Spotlight
We love celebrating real Freedom Passport travelers and the memories they create along the way. As a small thank-you, travelers selected for our Traveler Spotlight may receive an appreciation gift for sharing their experience.
If you’d like to be featured in our Traveler Spotlight, you’re invited to share photos and a short reflection from your trip.
How to Participate
To be considered for a Traveler Spotlight, please send:
- Five or more photos from your trip
- At least one photo that includes you or your travel companions enjoying the experience
- A few sentences about your favorite moments, destinations, or highlights
How Your Photos & Feedback May Be Used
By submitting photos and written feedback, you grant permission for Freedom Passport to:
- Feature your photos and comments on our website, social media, email communications and other marketing materials
- Edit submissions for clarity, length, or formatting while preserving the original sentiment
Thank-You Gift
As a thank-you for sharing your experience, participants selected for a Traveler Spotlight may receive a small appreciation gift. Gift type and timing may vary and are offered at the discretion of Freedom Passport.
Participation in the Traveler Spotlight is completely optional and not required to receive referral incentives.
