Getting Started
Every trip begins with understanding you. To get started, you’ll either complete a short travel intake form to share your vision, preferences, and must-haves, or schedule a consultation call to talk through your plans in real time.
Personalized Travel Planning
Based on your input, I research and curate two custom travel options for you to review. Whether you’re planning a cruise, a resort stay, or a custom itinerary, each option is thoughtfully designed around your travel style, comfort, and overall experience.
Group & Hosted Travel Experiences
In addition to individual trip planning, Freedom Passport also supports select group and hosted travel experiences. This may include family or milestone celebration cruises, interest-based or themed group travel, and other curated group experiences. Group travel planning is handled with clear structure, defined points of contact, and thoughtful coordination to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved. Group opportunities are limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the highest level of service.
Booking & Payment
Once you’ve selected your preferred option, you’ll complete a secure credit card authorization form and submit payment. Your trip is then officially booked, and I handle the details on your behalf.
Confirmation & Pre-Trip Support
After booking, you’ll receive confirmation details, payment confirmation, a thank-you note, and a curated pre-trip checklist. You’re welcome to reach out anytime with questions or to schedule a call for added support.
Thoughtful Check-Ins
I’ll check in at key moments, including approximately 30 days before departure and again closer to travel, to ensure everything feels smooth and stress-free. If anything unexpected arises while you’re traveling, support is available whenever possible.
A Personal Touch
For new clients, I send a small welcome gift as a thank-you for trusting me with your trip.
After You Return
Once you’re home, I’ll follow up to hear how everything went and may invite you to share feedback or a testimonial if you’re open to it.
