During the quoting process, you’ll have an opportunity to note:
- Food allergies or dietary preferences (such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or food allergies)

- Medical equipment accommodations (for example, CPAP use or requests for distilled water)
These requests will be shared with the cruise line in advance.

Do I Need a Passport?
citizens on closed-loop cruises (departing and returning to the same U.S. port), a passport may not be strictly required. However, Princess Cruises strongly recommends that all travelers carry a valid passport.
Having a passport provides flexibility if unexpected travel changes occur.
Passport numbers are not required to request a quote.
Freedom Passport is not responsible for ensuring travelers meet documentation requirements. All travelers are responsible for verifying passport, visa, and entry requirements directly with the cruise line and appropriate government authorities.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Options include:
- Insurance through the cruise line
- Third-party travel insurance (assistance available)
- Declining coverage (acknowledgment required)
Your preference can be selected during the request a quote process.
Is this cruise good for singles?
Yes — absolutely. This group cruise is very singles-friendly.
Many travelers are attending on their own, and you are welcome to:
- Request to share a cabin (if available)
- Participate in group activities without needing a partner
- Will I pay more if I travel alone? Generally, single travelers may see a single supplement applied — meaning the cruise fare for one person in a cabin designed for two may be higher than the per-person rate. Princess does offer solo cabins on select ships and itinerariesthat can eliminate or reduce this extra cost, but they are limited and must be booked early. Your advisor will check all available options to find the best pricing for you.
You do not need to be traveling with someone to enjoy this cruise.
Is Requesting a Quote a Commitment?
Submitting the request form for a quote:
- Does not book your cruise
- Does not require payment
- Allows accurate pricing and cabin availability, as rooms can be held without deposit, typically for 3 days.
Pricing and promotions are subject to change until a deposit is made.
What happens after I request a quote?
After you submit the request form:
- Your request is reviewed for availability and pricing
- Cabin options and pricing are prepared based on your preferences
- You’ll receive your quote by email, typically within 24–48 business hours. If additional research is required, or if your request is submitted during travel or peak periods, responses may take slightly longer. You will be notified if there is any delay. Rooms can typically be held for up to 3 days from the time you receive your quote, giving you time to make decisions.
- You decide whether you’d like to move forward
- Your booking is confirmed only after a deposit is submitted
